Who We are

The company is headed by Martin Tucker and David Carmichael, who between them have many years’ experience in the Financial and Leasing marketplace.

Lease agreements are a highly specialised and complex area of finance, and we have established ourselves as experts in this area. Working closely with legal partners and specialist accountants, we have provided advice and reports to all sectors and where required successfully challenged unreasonable agreements, securing significant savings for the Schools and Local Authorities.

Who we work with

We work closely with Professional Solicitor Companies and other experts in associated fields such as Lease Classification Experts and Independent Equipment experts to ensure you receive the most appropriate information.

We have worked closely, with the Department of Education to provide advice and guidance on both the current criteria and the forthcoming change in accountancy standards to be implemented in 2022.

We have also provided advice to Bursar groups, Multi Academy trusts, Local Authorities and many other Education sectors with regards to leasing in the Education sector.

There have been several media programmes produced about these issues that we have contributed to, including BBC 5 Live Investigates and BBC Panorama.
