Our unique forensic auditing system will establish whether your lease agreements are ' fair and reasonable' and will highlight any overcharges or other irregularities.

We will produce a detailed report which will highlight the overcharges and in consultation with our legal partners we will help you get your money back.

We are currently assisting companies and organisations in the public and private sector and have uncovered some substantial overcharges ranging from £5k to £500k where the leased assets have been grossly overpriced and rolled up into new agreements over a number of years.

We have been assisting the BBC and ITV in highlighting these issues culminating in the recent Panorama programme highlighting the toxic leasing in schools and resulting in many organisations contacting us for guidance and advice.
